What they required for us:
They needed an integrated solution for mapping our entire sales and service department. We needed a system that would track batteries’ lifecycle from the manufacturer, to our warehouse, to dealers, and to the end consumer. When batteries are sent in for servicing, we have more information about them. They also wanted to track sales. We needed mobile apps for field salespeople who couldn’t access desktop or laptop computers. We wanted to track where each salesperson was working, which partner locations they had visited, and which orders they had received. Those orders would be sent to our system and integrated into our ERP.
